Students and staff at the Margaret Hudson Program-Tulsa Campus reveled in the spirit of the season at a Christmas party held at the school on December 22, 2016. The students enjoyed a Christmas party and received gifts generously provided by Nextep, Inc. Employees of Nextep Inc., a human relations and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) company based in Norman, sponsored the Christmas holiday celebration for the Margaret Hudson-Tulsa campus students.
Nextep employee Ashton Stephens served as chair of the Nextep Community Involvement Committee, which selected a nonprofit organization to be sponsored by Nextep for the 2016 Christmas season. The Margaret Hudson Program (MHP) was elated to learn in October that we were selected to be the Christmas beneficiary from a number of nonprofit organizations which Nextep serves across the country. Approximately 80 Nextep staff members joined together to purchase wish list items for the pregnant and parenting students enrolled at the MHP-Tulsa campus. On December 16, 2016, Nextep presented Betina Tillman, MHP Executive Director, with over 50 gifts to distribute to the MHP-Tulsa students. We truly appreciate the generosity of the Nextep employees and on behalf of the students and staff of the program we want to say THANK YOU!
On Tuesday, December 20, 2016, Pastor Randy Wilson and members of Bethany Church sponsored a delicious Christmas dinner for Margaret Hudson-Broken Arrow students and staff. Pastor Wilson shared words of encouragement and showered students and staff with gifts on behalf of the Bethany Church family. Bethany Church has been a dedicated supporter of the Margaret Hudson Program for several years and helps to make a difference in the lives of MHP students and their babies.
